We guide you through North Carolina’s due diligence period, inspections and the appraisal, and stay with you all the way to closing day and the keys.
A written buyer agreement with your agent is required before touring homes together. We review its terms with you, including compensation, before you sign. Commissions are negotiable and are not set by law.
